Residents moving into the Baller House will pay a one-time $200 enrollment fee before move-in which also goes towards your first week rental fee. Residents can choose to pay $200 weekly, or $750 per month. The rate includes utilities, access to internet/computer, bed, personal storage space, etc. Please contact us if you have any specific questions.
